Todorić: ''Not One Part Of Truth About Agrokor's Hijacking Will Be Able To Be Hidden!''

By 17 December 2017

Agrokor's former top dog claims to have findings that he hasn't made public yet...

The former Agrokor boss and ex majority owner took to his blog once again on the 15th of December, 2017, this time highlighting his plight against having his assets ''illegally and uconstitutionally'' stolen by the Croatian government, who he still steadfastly accuses of wrongdoing when it comes to Agrokor, which has been being run by a government appointed extraordinary management team headed by Ante Ramljak since early this year.

As usual, we bring you Ivica Todorić's latest blog post translated in full into English below:

''I'm putting all of my efforts and time into bringing the truth about Agrokor to light, the truth about inadmissible, criminal and unconstitutional actions involved in the process of hijacking a private company, and uncovering the illegal activities in the company's completely non-transparent [extraordinary/government appointed] management. Everything that's been discovered so far, and I've already written about part of those discoveries, has elements of serious criminal offense and all forms of criminal association which is defined by the Criminal Procedure Act.

In addition to many well-known criminal acts that have already been disclosed to the public, I've not yet touched on many important things, but I'm working intensively with my associates on these findings that I've got and I will soon present them to the public. Also, these findings will also be based on a series of legal acts which I'm preparing in cooperation with both international and Croatian legal experts.

Unfortunately, in Croatia under the leadership of [Andrej] Plenković, [Martina] Dalić and [Davor] Božinović, legal repression is being conducted, under which my arrest and the arrest of my associates [happened] with only one goal - to disable me in public affairs and thus conceal the truth about the crime that has been enabled by their domestic and foreign helpers. They haven't and they won't stop me in the struggle for truth and the search for those responsible for the crime which they've allowed [to occur].

Now, as if they were prosecutors (or maybe they are?) they're saying that it would be good [for me] to come and defend myself! That I, the one who created and built up Croatia myself should lie in jail for fifteen years defending myself against their constructed, false, monstrous charges. That won't pass! They're aware that the truth is edging ever closer to them, and, be sure, we'll make them, and the few that we haven't yet forced into the light of day (though we know them), face the facts and the ways that they've used the Croatian state to cause enormous damages to the Croatian people on the account of the enrichment (financially) of certain selected individuals and international userers who are freely transferring money abroad.

They hijacked my assets illegally and unconstitutionally, and they're destroying the Croatian industry in front of all of our eyes. Now they're taking my company's money and giving it to mercenaries to destroy me. At this point, I'm fighting criminals who are full of [have got a lot of] money (that they've stolen), and with that, they've taken the state into their hands.

But I've got what is most important, the truth and only the truth. And the truth is invincible, it sometimes just takes time to reveal a lie!''
