Todorić attacks Ante Ramljak once again, in a wave of hot water which has recently come upon the company's extraordinary administrator.
Ivica Todorić attacks Agrokor's extraordinary commissioner once again via his blog on the 15th of February, 2018.
We bring you the former Agrokor boss' latest blog post translated in full into English below:
''On several occasions in my blogs, I've written about the painfully apparent inability of the extraordinary administration when it comes to Agrokor's management. So [that's how] I predicted a 20% drop in the Agrokor Group's revenue in 2017 (without Mercator).
Today, unfortunately, we're witnessing a result that will mean around 5-6 billion kuna lower revenue in 2017 than in 2016. Such results are the result of the anarchic management of the extraordinary administration, the fruit of the complete ignorance of the management of the company, and the industry in which they're located. In fact, obviously, these people are completely incompetent when it comes to the job they've taken over.
More scandalous yet, in the first month of 2018, when compared to the first month of 2017, Konzum has seen a drop in sales by a new 15%!
When you look at the reports issued by the extraordinary administration to the public, it's evident that the Agrokor's sustainability plan has no solution, and all the actions and indications of [Ante] Ramljak's extraordinary administration of Agrokor are in bankruptcy.
Today, we've got a compromised process of Agrokor's extraordinary administration that is counter-productive, unlawful, full of misuse, deception and the imposition of force. On the other hand, what the extraordinary administration offers as a legal and financial form of settlement is deception and lies. Such solutions, unfortunately, can only put Agrokor into bankruptcy.
It's a lie that, if the extraordinary administration fails to come to a settlement, that Agrokor will end up in bankruptcy. On the contrary, if the proposed settlement is implemented, everything will go into bankruptcy.
The only opportunity to protect the companies, employees, suppliers, creditors and their high value in Agrokor, and to [make sure that] the Republic of Croatia doesn't deteriorate, but continues to improve its economic position is, urgently, in line with positive laws, to dismiss those incompetently compromised in crime and private interests, take [over the] leadership of the company and then gather a capable and experienced team that would guarantee Agrokor the necessary growth and profit. And a fair settlement...
Incredibly, while I was writing this blog, I received information stating that the Extraordinary Commissioner, Ante Ramljak, intends to seek to extend the deadline for reaching a settlement from the court, but it's clear to everyone that they have no knowledge of the settlement. However, any extension of the unethical Lex [Agrokor] time, is excellent for the team consisting of Minister [Martina] Dalić, Ante Ramljak and their partners. That way, he'll be able to replenish his pockets for three more months.
Stop doing a job that you know nothing about, enough of your damage!
In Croatia, there are teams that can do this job while respecting the constitution and the legal regulations in the interests of the creditors, the employees, the owners, the state and all of the stakeholders.''
