ZAGREB, February 23, 2018 - President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović on Friday received representatives of Serb associations of the war missing following an agreement reached during an official visit by Serbia's President Aleksandar Vučić to Croatia on February 12 and 13, and the main topic of the talks today was resolving the fate of ethnic Serbs who went missing in Croatia during the 1990s Homeland War.

The President was accompanied by a delegation from the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, the Veterans' Affairs Ministry and security-intelligence agencies, the President's Office said in a press release. Serbia's Ambassador to Croatia Mira Nikolić also attended the meeting, the press release said.

Starting from the right of families to know the truth about the fate of their loved ones, the President underscored Croatia's strong support and her personal dedication to resolving this issue. She said that this was primarily a humanitarian issue and that she believes that dialogue will lead to a breakthrough.
