Todorić: ''Show Your Financial Reports''

No financial reports for Agrokor have been made public for three months, and Agrokor's former boss, as usual, has something to say about it...

Ivica Todorić takes to his blog on the 4th of March, 2018, this time urging the Croatian Government to make Agrokor's business operations and financial reports more transparent to the general public, criticising Agrokor's now former government appointed extraordinary administor, Ante Ramljak, for his lack of transparency and poor performance in his role, as well as Andrej Plenković personally.

We bring you the former Agrokor boss' blog post translated in full into English below:

''Prime Minister Plenković recently told reporters that all of the reports on Agrokor's business [operations] were regularly being published on the Ministry of Economy's website. But that's simply not true.

Obviously, you, the President of the Government, have them, so show them to the Croatian public. The last available business report with financial indicators is from the 11th month of 2017, and they can't really be called business reports because they're designed so that nothing is said about them. I believe that it's completely clear why that is, to everyone.

You'll probably say "it doesn't matter". But these reports are the most important thing for the success of any business, without them, doing business is impossible.

Prime Minister of the Government, you've been dragging Agrokor into the abyss for ten months. There aren't any business reports for three months, which is incredible, and only emerging economies know of such a type of management. This is consciously leading Agrokor into the twilight of its economy and of its business.

You've probably not got the time for the writing of a transparent, credible and legitimate report, because once again, you're working on criminal structures with the financial reports, this time, you're not constructing and falsifing things against me, but engaging in the theft of creditors (you want to show them all the numbers at the last second, so that people can't do anything with it).

If the auditor doesn't confirm (and PwC hasn't confirmed for 2016 because it's surrounded largely by part of [Ante] Ramljak's falsified and fake financial reports), and verify each kuna, and doesn't issue an audit report in accordance with IFRS, there will be legal proceedings before international courts.

Show us the numbers, and the papers.''
