ZAGREB, March 29, 2018 - Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić, commenting on Croatia's decision to buy Israeli F-16 fighter jets, said on Thursday that Croatia is a NATO member and that everyone has the right to take care of their own security.
"We have nothing against that. Everyone takes care of their own security. Croatia is a NATO member," Vučić said, as quoted by Tanjug news agency.
He said it was ridiculous to compare Serbia with NATO, which is big and powerful. "We are small, but we love our freedom more than anything. We prefer to run our country on our own and be our own masters," he added.
