Learn to Cook by Video with Dalmatian Cooking: Lesson 1 - Pešt

I have not met John J. Goddard yet (although we have corresponded), but I do like his style. 

An American chef and writer, his first step was to bring together the joys of Dalmatian cooking into one excellent tome, and the feedback I have heard about Dalmatian Cooking: Cuisine of the Slavic Mediterranean has been highly positive.

Step 2  is to visualise the cooking procedure. John will be a regular contributor to Total Split, and we will be sharing his new cooking videos as they appear. Here it the first on a very Dalmatian paste - Pešt.
