Paul Bradbury

Paul Bradbury

A Brit who swapped the rain of his native Manchester for the sun of his adopted Hvar via Somalia, I have been living full-time in Croatia since 2003.

After various failed get-rich-quick ideas, I embarked on an online writing career, which although lots of fun, has yet to generate the mega-bucks his patient Croatian wife and two daughters are hoping for.

Author of Lebanese Nuns Don't Ski and Lavender, Dormice and a Donkey Named Mercedes, as well as two guide books, Hvar: An Insider's Guide and Split: An Insider's Guide (the latter co-authored with Mila Hvilshoj), My latest book, Croatia, a Survival Kit for Foreigners is now available on Amazon Kindle and paperback (co-written with Lauren Simmonds). If you or your business is looking for a book that explains this fabulous country with all its nuances to foreigners, this is the book for you.

Having been an expat in Croatia for 20 years now, I market myself as local knowledge with a foreign eye. If you are looking to achieve things in Croatia, why not save yourself time, frustration and money by taking advantage of the things I learned over 2 decades? Business consultancy, copywriting, and reliable introductions are all available. You can follow me on LinkedIn where I offer free, original niche content regarding the Croatian space on a daily basis.
