Her big comeback into top rankings continues, while most other ranked players moved only a few places up or down
Croatian tennis player Mirjana Lučić-Baroni climbed to her best career ranking, from 29th to 23rd place on the WTA list published on Monday, after placing in the Miami tournament semi-finals last week, Jutarnji List reported on April 3, 2017.
Ana Konjuh kept her 31st position from last week, while Donna Vekić fell two places and is now 90th. Jana Fett has advanced from 221st to 219th, while Tereza Mrdeža also advanced by two places to 274th place.
In the men’s rankings, Marin Čilić advanced one spot on the newest ATP list and is now the 8th player in the world.
Ivo Karlović remains 21st, with Borna Ćorić climbing 3 places to 59th. Kristijan Mesaroš is 228th and Ivan Dodig has descended to 233rd.
