Tour of Croatia: Ruffoni Takes Stage Four, Nibali Best Overall

Nicola Ruffoni from team Bardiani CSF was named the winner of stage four of Tour of Croatia.

After celebrating a stage three win on Thursday, Italian cyclist Nicola Ruffoni from Bardiani CSF was once again named the winner of stage four, reports T.Portal.hr on April 21, 2017.

During the 171 kilometer stretch from Crikvenica to Umag, the Italian crossed the finish first after a persistent battle in the last 300 meters of the race. Ruffoni finished with a time of 4 hours, 10 minutes, and 15 seconds.

The new leader in the overall standings, however, is Vincenzo Nibali from Bahrain Merida Pro Cycling Team.
