Hajduk and Dinamo play in the Croatian Cup final on Wednesday in Vinkovci.
If Hajduk doesn’t win the Cup after seeing this…
The fans, they say, are a team’s twelfth player, and Hajduk has just received the extra motivation needed to win the Cup final against Dinamo from their fans in Tanzania - Torcdia Songea!
The residents of St. Anthony's Orphanage in Tanzania, led by the Association ‘Kolajna Ljubavi’, followed their Croatian volunteers in faithfully supporting Split football club Hajduk - and because tomorrow's Cup final is the most significant event of the year, the children decided to give Hajduk that extra boost to win the Cup with a bit of love sent from Africa on May 22, 2018.
“The kids know that it is a big match, so they wanted to learn Torcida’s new anthem and sing it,” said Antonia Pejaković from Tanzania, who heads the Association.
This isn't the first time Torcida Songea has come out in support of their beloved Split club, and back in 2011, Hajduk was graced with another video from the Tanzanian children.
The love for Hajduk from this group of young Tanzanians did not happen by chance, and it's safe to say that the active volunteers from Dalmatia certainly played a big part. So without further ado, from distant Tanzania, we present you Hajduk’s fuel for winning the Cup against Dinamo Zagreb tomorrow in Vinkovci. Enjoy!
Kolajna Ljubavi is a humanitarian aid relief organization in Croatia and Tanzania, which actively works on poverty prevention, encourages orphans and poor children with education, and has volunteers in various homes for children with disabilities.
