ZAGREB, August 2, 2018 - A group of about 30 fans of Croatia's Hajduk Split football club have rampaged at a gas station outside Belgrade, on their way from Split to Sofia where Hajduk is scheduled to play Slavia, according to media in Belgrade whose claims have been confirmed by the police.
Hajduk fans, travelling in a motorcade of about 30 cars and vans, caused chaos at the "Mola" gas station on the state highway outside Vrčin, according to the Kurir daily.
The Serbian media also claimed that Hajduk fans had drawn "Ustasha graffiti" in the middle of Serbia.
Police confirmed that Hajduk fans had also stolen a large amount of alcoholic beverages from the gas station.
