Check Out Croatia's Davis Cup Semi-final Venue in Zadar

The stadium in Zadar is ready for action. 

We are just one week away from the highly anticipated Davis Cup semi-final between Croatia and the USA, which will be played from September 14-16, 2018. Hosts Croatia have prepared a wonderful spectacle for all tennis fans to enjoy, and as a way to increase your excitement, we present you with the completed Davis Cup venue, fully equipped with a clay court. 

All seats in the venue - which has a capacity of around 8,000 viewers - can already receive the tennis audience, and only the final details, such as adverts along the court and decorative lining around the structure, are left to be done. 

Croatian Davis Cup representative Željko Krajan announced the composition for the upcoming semi-final match against the United States on Tuesday. Among the five nominated players are Marin Čilić, Borna Ćorić, Franko Škugor, Ivan Dodig and Mate Pavić. American coach Jim Courier announced that Jack Sock, Sam Querrey, Steve Johnson, Mike Bryan and Frances Tiafoe will represent the U.S.

This will be the fifth international meeting between these two teams. Croatia currently leads 4:0 after winning in Zagreb, Carson, Poreč, and Portland. If Croatia overcomes the United States in the semis, they will play France or Spain in the Davis Cup final. 

On Friday, September 14th at 11 am, two singles matches are scheduled, doubles matches will be played on Saturday at 2 pm, and on Sunday at 11 am, two more singles matches will be played.

On Wednesday, September 5th, single-day tickets will go on sale. Along with the three-day packages that will still be available, tickets can be purchased individually for Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Fans can purchase tickets at www.ulaznice.hr. 

There will be three different sections at the venue and the ticket prices will depend on which section you prefer. Three-day tickets are 300 kuna for the first category, 250 kuna for the second and 150 kuna for the third category.

Individual prices are as follows: Friday and Sunday for 120 kuna, 100 kuna and 70 kuna,, and Saturday for 100 kuna, 80 kuna and 50 kuna.
