In 2017, 320 Million Euro Invested in Commercial Real Estate in Croatia

ZAGREB, March 20, 2018 - In 2017, a total of 320 million euro was invested in 22 commercial real estate projects in Croatia, and this year a similar amount is expected, however, more effort should be made in removing obstacles to investment as "money is waiting to enter Croatia", representatives of the Croatian branch of the Colliers International consultancy said on Tuesday.

Prices of New Apartments in Croatia Grow by 11%

ZAGREB, March 18, 2018 - The average price per square metre of newly-built flats in Croatia reached 11,060 kuna in the second half of 2017, rising by 11% in comparison to the corresponding period of 2016, the national statistical office said.

Former Prime Minister Bankrupts with 130 Million Kuna in Debt

ZAGREB, March 15, 2018 - The Commercial Court in Zagreb on Thursday ordered a foreclosure of real estate of the bankrupt Niva d.d. company owned by former prime minister Nikica Valentić, which owes creditors more than 130 million kuna, while the conditions and the way of auction sale will set at a later date.
