Days of Marulić is the annual festival of Croatian drama and theater that celebrates Croatia’s most renowned poet, Marko Marulić.
The exhibition hall of the Split City Library of Marko Marulić opens with an exhibition by Miro Župa titled "Raznol i kosti" (Miscellaneous and Bones). The exhibition is now open and will run through September 29.
The famous Father of Croatian Literature, Marko Marulić, was born on August 18, 1450 in what was Split, in the Republic of Venice. To honor Marulić and to celebrate his birthday all of these years later, Marcvs Marvlvs Spalatensis (Library Bar) will be hosting an intimate birthday party.
Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, a borough of Berlin is the twin town / sister city of Split, and as the famous writer lived there for 18 years, there is a plan to commemorate him in the new school being built in Split.
