Government Satisfied with Agrokor Ruling

ZAGREB, May 9, 2018 - Justice Minister Dražen Bošnjaković said on Tuesday the Constitutional Court ruling that Lex Agrokor was in line with the constitution confirmed that the law was necessary when it was adopted as it helped to save jobs as well as the economic and financial stability.

ZAGREB, January 26, 2018 - The Croatian Constitutional Court on Thursday delayed, due to the complexity of the case, the extradition of Nurettin Oral, a Turkish Kurd refugee from Switzerland, to Turkey, where, according to Oral, he faces the threat of life imprisonment for "disrupting national unity and territorial integrity".
