ZAGREB, June 23, 2018 - The State Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina will decide again on Croatia's request for the extradition of Zdravko Mamić, an adviser of the Zagreb-based Dinamo football club wanted in Croatia for tax evasion, because the State Prosecutor's Office's appeal against a decision whereby the request was turned down has been granted, Sarajevo's Dnevni Avaz daily said on Saturday.
Mamić is again a free man, but he could be arrested if he leaves Bosnia and Herzegovina.
After spending the night in custody, Zdravko Mamić gave testimony at a Sarajevo Court this morning.

ZAGREB, June 12, 2018 - After issuing an arrest warrant against former Dinamo football club boss Zdravko Marić, the Osijek-Baranja County Court has ordered law enforcement authorities to issue national and international arrest warrants, as well as a European Arrest Warrant, the court reported on Tuesday.
ZAGREB, June 6, 2018 - The Osijek County Court on Wednesday issued a warrant for the arrest of Zdravko Mamić after he was found guilty of tax evasion and was given six and a half years in prison. The court is expected to issue an international warrant for his arrest as existing information confirms that he is outside Croatia.

ZAGREB, June 5, 2018 - The Office of the Chief State Prosecutor (DORH) on Tuesday resolutely dismissed claims by Zdravko Mamić that it had exerted pressure on the court and members of the panel of judges conducting a trial against that former Dinamo football club executive vice-president charged with fraud, and announced that it would ask the police to investigate the matter and check the authenticity of screen shots of a phone conversation which Mamić presented at a news conference on Monday.
ZAGREB, May 28, 2018 - The USKOK anti-corruption office on Monday recommended that former Dinamo football club boss Zdravko Mamić, his brother Zoran, former Dinamo director Damir Vrbanović and tax official Milan Pernar be found guilty of siphoning about 116 million kuna from the club and defrauding the state budget of about 12.2 million kuna in unpaid taxes and surtaxes and sentenced to unconditional imprisonment.
