Having taken away multiple awards at the recent Days of Croatian Tourism in Mali Lošinj, Valamar Riviera carries on with their winning streak.
At the annual conference organised by the tour operator TUI, the Family Life Bellevue Resort in Rabac was awarded the title of the best new hotel in the ‘Family Life’ category, along with the award for best wi-fi service among all the TUI Family Life hotels around the world. The prestigious title is a result of visitor surveys this renowned operator carries out on the regular.
The resort also took away the ‘Best Practice’ award for their Green&Grill à la carte restaurant, as a leading example of great implementation of TUI’s high standards in service quality.
“The 4-star Family Life Bellevue Resort was opened in Rabac in June, and together with the adjacent Valamar Girandella Resort, it represents the largest investment in Croatian tourism this year. The preparation and realisation of the project took only a year and a half, with Valamar Riviera entering two strategic partnerships with the biggest European tour operators, TUI and Rewe Group. On the basis of the contract with TUI, the Family Life Bellevue Resort in Rabac is expecting 76.000 new guests from the British and Scandinavian markets in the next three years”, says a statement from the Valamar management board.
The TUI group is the largest tourism company in the world, encompassing a chain of major tour operators, 1500 agencies, six airlines that dispose of 150 aeroplanes, 300 hotels with more than 214.000 beds, and 14 cruise ships. More than 20 million guests use their services each year.
At the award ceremony, Valamar was represented by destination director Sandi Sinožić, director of the Family Life Bellevue Resort Patricia Golja and her assistant Igor Munjas, and the hospitality manager Dragana Franković. The award was presented by Jon Allen, manager at TUI.
