As many other cities around the world, Varaždin will also put on a special shine in the advent period. Advent arrives to Varaždin in a well known garment, but with many novelties. Events are planned in several units - Ice Magic on Kapuciner square, White Korzo and Advent Wreath otuside the cathedral, with a special event for Varaždin Day and of course, New Year’s Eve.
This year’s rich holiday cultural, gastronomical and entertainment programme was envisioned to satisfy a wide palette of tastes of Varaždin residents and numerous visitors and tourists, considering Advent is each year becoming a more interesting cultural-touristic event.
