They have not the easiest training conditions in the world - having to slalom in between those boats, yachts and seaplanes, but obviously, the Jelsa rowing club is doing great, collecting medals on every turn.

We were watching those young boys the other day as they were having a training in the evening. The club has a fantastic atmosphere of teamwork, respect and cooperation, all thanks to Jerko Božiković, who is carrying the duties of the club coach for years now.
It was a delight to watch those youngest looking up to the older members of the club, learning from them, while being helped by them with respect and much care. Under the skilled leadership of Jerko Božiković, the club is thriving and even despite having to watch the sky for seaplanes, these kids will be learning to row and continue coming back with medals.
The latest success - the 6th Split Regata with 5 medals for the Jelsa rowing club. Congratulations!!
