Beset with numerous problems, the Centre for Croatian studies continues to employ new teachers by posting illiterate job ads.
The University Centre for Croatian Studies continues to hire new teachers despite the numerous problems it has been facing in the past year and a half, and regardless of the fact that this December the Ministry of Education will have to decide whether or not this higher educational institution will continue to operate as such. Earlier this year, the Ministry delivered its opinion that the University Centre for Croatian Studies was illegally established and are carrying out classes unlawfully.
After posting around 30 open job vacancies in the period from February to June this year, the University Centre for Croatian Studies has recently written an illiterate job ad looking for a teaching assistant at the Department of Philosophy, reports Srednja.hr on October 19, 2017.
The Centre for Croatian Studies in Zagreb has published the job ad on the Euraxess webpage, which is a European initiative that provides researchers and scientists with information on mobility, career opportunities and new jobs.
Reading the job ad, it is hard to get rid of the impression that the text was written and translated using Google Translator, even though, in all honesty, Google Translator would have done a better job, at least with the numerous spelling mistakes such as 'with' written as 'whit'.
