NGO Praises Supreme Court Ruling on Loans in Swiss Francs

ZAGREB, April 2, 2019 - The Franak association of holders of loans previously denominated in Swiss francs said on Tuesday that the Supreme Court had ruled that people who had converted their CHF-denominated loans into euro loans under the Consumer Credit Act were entitled to sue banks and seek a refund of money that banks had taken from them illegally. Janaf Inaugurates Three New Crude Oil Tanks

ZAGREB, April 2, 2019 - Janaf on Tuesday put into operation three new crude oil tanks in Omišalj on the island of Krk, and this national operator of the oil pipeline and storage system invested nearly 280 million kuna (38 million euro) in this project that enables the storing of 240,000 cubic metres of crude oil on that Adriatic island. Atlantic Group Sells Multipower, Sports and Nutrition Business

Atlantic Group has sold its sports and functional nutrition business Genuport from Germany, this includes brands such as Multipower, Champ and Multaben, which is just a continuation of selling its non-strategic operations, reported Atlantic on Tuesday, reports Agrobiz on April 2, 2019. Kuwaiti Client Terminates Contract with Uljanik

ZAGREB, April 2, 2019 - The Uljanik shipbuilding group said on Monday that a client from Kuwait had cancelled a contract for the construction of a vessel for livestock transport but that it was willing to negotiate new contract terms and have Uljanik continue work on the vessel. Strike at Uljanik Shipyard Continues
