Housing Prices Growth in Croatia Offsets Government Incentives

Two Potential Partners Interested in Uljanik Shipyard Group

Court Launches Receivership Proceedings in Rijeka Shipyard

ZAGREB, January 4, 2019 - The Rijeka-based Commercial Court on Friday launched procedure to establish the prerequisites for the approval of official receivership for 3.Maj Rijeka shipyard and appointed Zdravko Čupković temporary official receiver. The next hearing at which a final decision on official receivership will be made is set for 6 February. Croatian Motorways Toll Revenue Grew 6% in 2018

More than 58.5 million vehicles used the Croatian motorways managed by the Croatian Motorways (HAC) and Rijeka-Zagreb Motorway (ARZ) companies in 2018, which is 5 percent more than in 2017, while tolls have been charged in the amount of more than 2.87 billion kuna without VAT, which is 6 percent more, reports Večernji List on January 4, 2019. Consumption in 2018 in Croatia Rises 8% to 184 Billion Kuna

ZAGREB, January 4, 2019 - Data from the fiscalisation system show that consumption in 2018 increased on the year, with the total amount of receipts issued exceeding 184 billion kuna, up 7.98%, while the number of receipts issued went up 0.76%, the Tax Administration said on Thursday. Over 2.363 billion receipts were issued in 2018, as against 2.345 billion in 2017. Their total amount was 184.08 billion kuna, as against 179.48 billion kuna in 2017.
