LNG Terminal has Delivered Over 1.9 Billion m3 of Gas

ZAGREB, 23 Feb 2022 - Almost 3.3 million cubic metres of liquefied natural gas has been brought to the LNG lfoating terminal at Omišalj since the start of 2021, when it was put into commercial operation, and more than 1.9 billion cubic metres has been delivered to the Croatian transport system, LNG Croatia says. In almost 14 months, 23 LNG transshipments have been carried out, and as many LNG transport ships have arrived at the terminal, the terminal's operator adds. ZSE Indices Sink by Over 1%

ZAGREB, 22 Feb 2022 - The main Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) indices fell sharply on Tuesday, by more than one percent, amid increased turnover, following the trends on European stock markets, which were deep in the red most of the day due to growing tensions between the West and Russia over Ukraine. HGK: HRK 5.5m To Be Invested in Transport Sector Modernisation By 2027

Finance Ministry Issues HRK 800M in Treasury Bills

ZAGREB, 22 Feb 2022 - Croatia's finance ministry on Tuesday issued HRK 800 million in treasury bills which mature in one year at the low interest rate is 0.01 per cent. In advance of the maturity of treasury bills worth a billion kuna, the Ministry offered HRK 700 million for subscription. Financial institutions submitted bids totalling HRK 803 million and the Ministry accepted them all. The balance of subscribed kuna treasury bills has now decreased by HRK 197 million to HRK 13.6 billion. The next auction of treasury bills will be held on 1 March, said the ministry. ZSE Indices Slightly Increase

ZAGREB, 21 Feb (Hina) - The main Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) indices went up slightly on Monday, with the Crobex increasing by 0.21% to 2,125 points and the Crobex10 by 0.34% to 1,293 points. Regular turnover amounted  to HRK 5.3 million, which was about HRK 1.3 million less than on Friday. No stock crossed the million kuna mark in turnover. Zagrebačka Banka Posts HRK 2.01 Billion Profit in 2021

21 February, 2022 - Zagrebacka Banka (Zaba) generated a profit after tax of HRK 2.01 billion in 2021, up HRK 1.27 billion or 173.2 percent compared to 2020, according to the bank's financial statement released on Monday. At the same time, the bank's operating income amounted to HRK 4.41 billion, which is an increase of HRK 792 million or 21.9% on the year. Furthermore, the bank's unconsolidated and unaudited financial report notes that operating expenses amounted to HRK 1.57 billion, down HRK 17 million on the year, with cost-to-income ratio amounting to 35.7%.
