Finance Ministry Issues HRK 1.3 bn, €6.5m in Treasury Bills

ZAGREB, 15 Feb 2022 - The Croatian Ministry of Finance sold HRK 1.3 billion and €6.5 million worth of treasury bills at an auction on Tuesday. The bills mature in one year and the interest rate is 0.01 per cent for kuna bills while there is no interest on euro treasury bills. In advance of the maturity of treasury bills worth HRK 1.1 billion, the Ministry offered HRK 700 million and €10 million worth of treasury bills for subscription. Telemach Croatia Continues to Invest in Mobile and Fixed-Line Networks

ZAGREB, 15 Feb 2022 - The Telemach Croatia telecommunications company continues investing in mobile and fibre optics network infrastructure in 2022. Its CEO Adrian Ježina says that investment in product development might reach €100 million, stressing the importance of further construction of 5G mobile and fixed-line fibre optics networks across the country. ZAGREB, 11 Feb 2022 - The main Zagreb Stock Exchange indices dipped on Friday after several days of growth, the Crobex by 0.03% to 2,164 points and the Crobex10 by 0.05% to 1,318 points. French Fund Has Invested €50m in 3 Biomass Co-generation Plants in Croatia

ZAGREB, 10 Feb 2022 - PEARL Infrastructure Capital, a French investment fund specialised in financing environmental infrastructure projects, has to date invested more than €50 million in biomass co-generation plants in Croatia, it was said at a presentation of its projects in Virovitica on Thursday. The three plants, located in eastern Croatia, generate 18 megawatt of electricity per hour from biomass. Zagreb Stock Exchange Main Indices Continue Positive Streak

ZAGREB, 10 Feb 2022 - The main Zagreb Stock Exchange indices went up on Thursday, the Crobex by 0.12% to 2,165 points, up for the fifth straight trading day, and the Crobex10 by 0.34% to 1,319 points, up for the third straight day.
