Split University Moves up in Times Higher Education Impact Rankings

ZAGREB, 1 May 2022 - Split University has moved up in the Times Higher Education Impact Rankings and is now in a group of universities ranking from 401st to 600th among 1,524 institutions from 110 countries. "Since last year we have gone up 400 places. We have met all 17 criteria of sustainable development, and that means a better ranking. We are working intensively on that," Split University Chancellor Dragan Ljutić said. ZAGREB, 1 May 2022 - A majority of companies which are members of the German-Croatian Chamber of Industry and Commerce estimate that the war in Ukraine will adversely affect their business in the future. 65% of Croatian Population Overweight

ZAGREB, 30 April 2022 - In Croatia, 65% of its population is overweight, ranking second in Europe after Malta, a press conference in Opatija heard this week ahead of the 8th Croatian Obesity Convention. The convention was held from 28 to 30 April in Opatija and was organised by the Croatian Medical Chamber's association for obesity.
