Diving tourism in Istria resulted in 200,000 overnight stays and has become a strong motivator for visiting the peninsula. Flights to Croatia: Eurowings Discontinues Two Routes from Germany to Zagreb

Fantazija Quarry to Become Newest Tourist Attraction in Rovinj

November 12, 2019 - Last weekend, Parks and Greenery employees pulled out three truckloads of vegetation from inside the Fantazija Quarry in Rovinj, a natural geological monument that has been overrun by branches, deep roots, and leaves over the years. More Cruise Ships Visit Croatia Than Last Year

ZAGREB, November 11, 2019 - Over the first nine months of 2019, foreign cruise ships accounted for 567 journeys in Croatia's Adriatic Sea, 2.3% more than at the same time in 2018, bringing 885,000 passengers (+6.1%), according to the national statistical office. In said period, 62 cruise ships docked in Croatian ports, two less than in the first nine months of 2018, and their passengers stayed in Croatia for a total of 1,137 days.
