Some consolation for Croatian captain Luka Modric after seeing his team lose 4-2 to France in the World Cup Final in Moscow.
As expected, Modric's inspirational performances throughout the tournament propelled Croatia into the final, and he was a favourite to win the prestigious Golden Ball for best player in the 2018 World Cup.
And Modric won. Congratulations!
