ZAGREB, May 22, 2018 - The association of suppliers of the ailing Agrokor food and retail company said in a statement on Monday evening that it continued to support a settlement with the company's creditors in line with general terms that were agreed and signed, among others, also by the Russian-owned Sberbank, and that possible changes to those terms were acceptable only if they were agreed by representatives of all creditors whereas agreements between Agrokor's emergency administration and individual creditors were not acceptable.
ZAGREB, May 21, 2018 - The High Commercial Court has dismissed almost all 87 appeals filed against a Zagreb Commercial Court ruling on verified and contested claims in the process of emergency administration in the ailing food and retail conglomerate Agrokor, referring most of the parties to civil proceedings in order to have their mutual claims verified or contested.

ZAGREB, May 17, 2018 - Prime Minister Andrej Plenković on Thursday called on authorities to shed light on even the smallest detail in the situation concerning the Agrokor conglomerate, saying that he has nothing to hide and that he can sleep peacefully, and proposing that the subcontracted consultants for the restructuring of Agrokor should return their fees to remove any suspicion of profiteering.
