The 12th International Culinary Festival "Biser Mora" (or Pearl of the Sea) was held over the weekend in the seaside town of Supetar on the island of Brač. TCN was on the scene to imbibe, indulge, and enjoy.
Nikola Mishkovski, the well known chef from Chateau Kamnik Winery in Macedonia, won the overall top spot at the Pearl of the Sea (Biser Mora) gastronomy event in Supetar on Brač.
While they were forced to take a winter break due to the ongoing paving works on the new Riva in Jelsa, the amazing cooks from Artichoke are not idle and along with preparing a special new spring and summer menu, they were on Brač this weekend to represent Jelsa and Hvar island at the Culinary Festival Biser Mora.
