ZAGREB, July 29 (Hina) - Laura Valković, Croatian lawyer for MOL CEO Zsolt Hernadi, said that the Court of Justice of the European Union did not say that Hungary had to extradite Hernadi but that a Hungarian court has to decide on Croatia's extradition request.
ZAGREB, July 25, 2018 - The Court of Justice of the European Union said on Wednesday that Hungary should not have ignored an arrest warrant in the case of MOL energy group CEO Zsolt Hernadi only based on a decision of its Public Prosecutor's Office to close a criminal investigation within which he was questioned only as a witness.

ZAGREB, July 17, 2018 - Prosecutorial authorities in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the defence for former Croatian football boss Zdravko Mamić on Tuesday agreed that there were no legal grounds to extradite Mamić to Croatia during a hearing before the State Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

ZAGREB, June 23, 2018 - The State Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina will decide again on Croatia's request for the extradition of Zdravko Mamić, an adviser of the Zagreb-based Dinamo football club wanted in Croatia for tax evasion, because the State Prosecutor's Office's appeal against a decision whereby the request was turned down has been granted, Sarajevo's Dnevni Avaz daily said on Saturday.
Mamić is again a free man, but he could be arrested if he leaves Bosnia and Herzegovina.
ZAGREB, June 12, 2018 - After issuing an arrest warrant against former Dinamo football club boss Zdravko Marić, the Osijek-Baranja County Court has ordered law enforcement authorities to issue national and international arrest warrants, as well as a European Arrest Warrant, the court reported on Tuesday.
ZAGREB, June 6, 2018 - The Osijek County Court on Wednesday issued a warrant for the arrest of Zdravko Mamić after he was found guilty of tax evasion and was given six and a half years in prison. The court is expected to issue an international warrant for his arrest as existing information confirms that he is outside Croatia.
