ZAGREB, September 12, 2018 - A Frontex-run training programme called "Land and Border Surveillance Officer Training" is currently underway in Valbandon, near Pula, for 45 police officers from EU countries and is being conducted together with the Croatian Police Academy, which is a partner to the Frontex Academy.
ZAGREB, September 12, 2018 - Croatia's Minister of Culture Nina Obuljen Koržinek on Wednesday signed a declaration by the EU ministers of culture regarding the proposed Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market, the ministry said in a press release.

ZAGREB, September 7, 2018 - The first unofficial response from the European Commission to the restructuring plan for the Uljanik shipbuilding group is expected on Friday, when Commissioner for Competition Margrethe Vestager is to visit Zagreb, but the EC said on Thursday that any plan regarding the shipbuilding group must respect market competition, save taxpayers' money and involve contributions by market stakeholders.
