ZAGREB, April 7, 2018 - Croatia is at the bottom of European Union rankings on fish consumption and ranks somewhere in the middle on meat consumption, while a national survey of eating habits shows that Croatians eat more carbohydrates than recommended, a press conference was told in the eastern city of Osijek.
ZAGREB, April 7, 2018 - The Croatian President's Office on Saturday organised an open-door event called "Health for All" to mark World Health Day, which is observed on April 7, with the president saying that the health of young people was one of the priorities for the national health service because of such problems as obesity, lack of physical activity and various addictions among young people.
