Castleton Commodities International has sent a letter to the government about the purchase of INA’s shares from MOL after Russian company Rosneft showed interest.

ZAGREB, June 24, 2018 - The Croatian government has confirmed the receipt of a letter which US company Castleton Commodities International (CCI) sent to Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenković in mid-March, expressing its interest in being a new strategic partner to Croatia's oil company INA.

ZAGREB, April 13, 2018 - The departure of Zoltan Aldott from the post of INA Management Board chair should not impact talks between the Croatian government and INA's other owner, the Hungarian oil company MOL, on the possible purchase of MOL's stake in INA by the government, Economy Minister Martina Dalić and Finance Minister Zdravko Marić said on Friday.

ZAGREB, February 28, 2018 - Environmental Protection and Energy Minister Tomislav Ćorić met with a delegation of union representatives from the INA oil company on Wednesday to discuss the company's future, notably the future of the Sisak oil refinery.
