Because today it feels like summer in Split...
Today the famous Split Riva was filled for a good cause.
The 17th Split Half Marathon took place this morning with over 2,000 runners from 40 countries. Total Split was at the finish line.
The cafes were full of people and music was playing on each end of the Riva - it was a Saturday where Split was more alive than ever.

While it's safe to say that Splićani have been couped inside from the cold temperatures over the last few weeks, the shining sun and temperatures in the positive today surely brought out everyone in the city.
It's still cold here in Split, and while the rays of the sunshine are making it a bit more bearable to be outside, the cold temperatures are still ripping through our fingertips. Since we're used to seeing Splićani dressed in much less clothing during the summer months, how do the people of Split dress for the cold?
