On Wednesday June 1, the Media Art/Department of Film and Video/Arts Academy from the University of Split (UMAS) will be hosting their annual exhibition MU / FIV.

The schedule for this year’s Split Pride has been announced! Ahead of this year's parade of pride, the festival will be accompanied by a program of entertainment, cultural events and activism.

On Wednesday June 1st at 6pm, the initiative “Hrvatska Može Bolje” (Croatia Can Do Better) will be taking place in various centers and squares around Croatia. This event will take place in Trg Gaje Butala in Split.

Split Beach Festival held on Bačvice beach will lead into its third edition this year, with UK based drum & bass, soul, funk and pop group - Rudimental.

The ninth edition of the Mediterranean Film Festival Split (FMFS) will be held from June 3 to 11 across three locations around Split. 78 films from 39 countries will be shown, with tickets in very high demand for this year’s festival. There are five regional and five Croatian premieres this year, and FMFS is quickly becoming the center for film in the whole of the Mediterranean.

Splićani will no longer have to travel to Zagreb to buy their favorite Kiehl's products. Coming this July, Kiehls is expected to open their first official store that will be located at City Center One in Split! After winning the best American brand award in Zagreb, the Kiehl’s in Split will be the third retail outlet in Croatia, with two locations already in Zagreb at Arena Center and City Center.
