Things are really happening at the airport on the island of Brac, as TUI announces direct flights from Brussels on January 19, 2017.
It was almost closed a couple of years ago, but the resurgence of Brac Airport continues. Under new management and part ownerhip of the company which runs the BlueSun hotels in Bol and the Stina winery in the town, investment in the airport - including lengthening the runway - is starting to pay off, making the island more accessible than ever.
In the first of what promises to be several announcements in the future, TUI will commence a weekly service from Brussels direct to Brac on May 23, continuing the service until October 3, reports Avioradar - you can see the schedule here.
