The quicker work on expanding Split's airport terminal is completed, the better, for the new flight annoucements keep on coming. Birmingham is the latest city to be connected directly to Split for the summer, with Monarch announcing two fligths a week, starting on June 25.
The flights, which will take place on Tuesdays and Sundays, have an introductory fare of £39 one way.
