'Days of Istria' in Sinj Begins Today

By 21 October 2016

What initially began as a collaboration for Sinj athletes and artists to participate in Istrian international events, the city of Sinj, in cooperation with Istria County, began the Istrian art colony in Sinj last May. The Istrian art colony has enriched the city with five valuable public sculptures and other works of art that adorn the public spaces of Sinj. Symbolically, this has started a consistent cooperation with good economic effects - with the aim to raise such cooperation to a higher, inter-county level.

Because such cooperation between Istria and Split - Dalmatia County can only further benefit each region, from 21 and 22 October, Sinj will present Istrian culinary delights through a series of lectures for the citizens - contributing to the greater self-employed people in the Cetina region in agriculture and tourism.
