Paradigma Opening in Zagreb as a Pop Up Restaurant

By 1 September 2015

You'll be able to enjoy their famous dishes in Zagreb from November until March

Renowned Paradigma restaurant from Split, member of the  Jeune Restaurateur d'Europe association is temporarily moving to Zagreb. Opening of a pop-up or temporary restaurant in Zagreb is planned for November 11th in Vlaška 55. Paradigma will stay in its temporary Zagreb address for four months. Along with the entire team from Split, Paradigma will bring to the nation's capital its own innovative approach to Mediterranean cuisine. Menus will be created so guests can experience the very best of both worlds, Mediterranean flare and recipes that have made Paradigma a household name as well as dishes inspired by the culinary traditions of Zagreb and seasonal ingredients.

According to the executive director and our dear colleague Zoran Pejović, pop-up restaurant in Zagreb during the „quiet“ winter months in Split came as a natural move considering the significant number of Zagreb guests that visit Paradigma in Split during summer and the team's desire to get acquainted with new ingredients, expand their horizons and tackle even greater challenges.

Paradigma is a fine dining restaurant in Split serving dishes inspired by the aromas and scents of traditional Mediterranean cuisines complete with a vast selection of wines from all countries whose shores are touched by the Mediterranean Sea. Paradigma has already received numerous awards in its first year of operations including a membership in the prestigious restaurateurs association Jeune Restaurateur d'Europe. Restaurant Paradigma opened its doors in June of 2014 and it is a part of the Paradox Hospitality Group which also runs the well known Paradox Wine & Cheese Bar and Creme de la Creme cake shop.
