Biosphere Corporation Launches "Support Ukrainians" Campaign in Croatia

ZAGREB, 10 May 2022 - Ukraine's biggest manufacturer and distributor of household and hygiene products, Biosphere Corporation, launched its "Support Ukrainians" campaign in Croatia on Tuesday with a view to expanding the campaign to other EU member states. A press conference was told that the campaign aims to set up special shelves in leading Croatian retail chains stocked with Ukrainian products to bring attention to products developed and produced in Ukraine. The campaign is also of a humanitarian nature because Biosphere Corporation will donate HRK 0.50 from each article sold to UNICEF Ukraine to provide support to children and their families affected…

Last Year Customs Administration Issued 140 Complaints For Gravest Forms of Smuggling

ZAGREB, 9 May 2022 - In 2021 the Customs Administration filed 140 criminal complaints for the gravest forms of smuggling on the EU's external borders, the director of the Customs Administration, Mario Demirović, said on Monday on the occasion of the procurement of new equipment worth HRK 7.5 million. Demirović specified that the Customs Administration issues about 12,700 misdemeanour warrants each year and that 60% of them refer to offences recorded on external borders. Average Net Pay in Zagreb in February €1,146

ZAGREB, 9 May 2022 - The average net pay paid by legal entities in Zagreb in February 2022 amounted to HRK 8,640 (€1,146), an increase of 4% from February 2021. Compared to the monthly national average, which amounted to HRK 7,452, the average take-home pay in Zagreb was HRK 1,188 (€157) higher. What Will Average Croatian Wage and Pension be in Eurozone?

May the 9th, 2022 - With Eurozone entry rapidly approaching and due at the very beginning of next year, just what will the average Croatian wage and pension be? It seems an increase is on the cards.
