Croatia's Unemployment in April Below EU Average

ZAGREB, 1 June 2022 - Unemployment in the European Union and the euro area remained unchanged in April 2022, and in Croatia it dropped under the EU average for the first time since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, a report from Eurostat showed on Wenesday. The EU unemployment rate, measured by the International Labour Organisation (ILO) methodology, in April was 6.2% in the EU and 6.8% in the euro area remaining unchanged from March, Eurostat reported. URIHO Opens Inclusive Restaurant in Zagreb

ZAGREB, 31 May 2022 - The institution for professional rehabilitation and employment for persons with disabilities URIHO in Zagreb on Tuesday opened its first inclusive restaurant in Croatia, and most employees will be persons with disabilities. Norwegian King’s Guard to Visit Croatia

ZAGREB, 31 May 2022 - His Majesty The King's Guard (Hans Majestet Kongens Garde, or HMKG)  is arriving in Croatia for the first time to visit Zagreb and Split where it will conduct exercises and a march, the Norwegian Embassy said on Tuesday.
