ZAGREB, 11 June 2021 - The number of insured persons registered with the Croatian Pension Insurance Institute (HZMO) increased to 1,573 949 in May 2021, or 3.3% more than in May 2020, thus rising for four months in a row, the HZMO reported on Friday. Broken down by business activity, the highest number, 245,053, are in the processing industry, and 239,352 in the wholesale and retail trade sector. ZAGREB, 11 June 2021 - The average net pay of employees in legal entities in the city of Zagreb in March 2021 totalled HRK 8,352, which is an increase of 7.5% in the nominal terms year-on-year, show data from the provided by Zagreb's City Office for the Strategic Planning and the Development on Friday. ZAGREB, 11 June 2021 - More than six billion kuna were invested from national funds into different activities and projects for the islands in the 2016-2020 period, the Regional Development Ministry's State Secretary, Spomenka Đurić, told the Croatian parliament,on Friday.
