Motovun Named Second-best Wine Tourism Destination in Europe

October 26, 2019 - The European Cultural Tourism Network named Motovun the second-best European destination for sustainable cultural tourism in the wine tourism category. Motovun is thus positioned between two renowned French wine destinations, behind the first-placed Loire Valley and ahead of the third-placed Pays d 'Armagnac. Flights to Croatia: Volotea from Palermo to Dubrovnik, TUI from Brussels to Pula

October 26, 2019 - The latest news from around Croatia’s airports for new flights to Croatia with updates from Dubrovnik and Pula. Avio Radar reports that Spanish low-cost carrier Volotea announced yet another new route to Croatia in their 2020 summer flight schedule, this time from Sicily to Dubrovnik. The new Palermo-Dubrovnik line will operate once a week, on Wednesdays, from July 8 to August 26, 2020. Tourism Turnover Surpasses Stats for Entire 2018

ZAGREB, October 25, 2019 - The Croatian National Tourism Board (HTZ) on Friday informed that Croatia has already generated a tourist turnover so far this year which is equal to the figures for the entire year last year. Thus 19.7 million arrivals and 106.2 million bed nights have been recorded year to date. According to data kept by the eVisitor, the number of arrivals is up 5% and there are 106.2 million bed nights or 2% more than for the entire year last year. Flights to Croatia: Lauda from Vienna to Zadar, Volotea from Toulouse to Dubrovnik

October. 24, 2019 - The latest news from around Croatia’s airports for new flights to Croatia with updates from Zadar and Dubrovnik. Avio Radar reports that Austrian low-cost carrier Lauda announced the introduction of a new route from Vienna to Zadar as part of their 2020 flight schedule. The line will begin operations from March 20, 2020, with three flights a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Camps in Croatia Rated Second-best in Europe by ADAC

ACI Marinas Report 33.7 Million Kuna Profit

ZAGREB, October 23, 2019 - In the first nine months of 2019, the Croatian ACI chain of marinas earned a net profit of 33.7 million kuna, 5.7 million or 14.6% less than in the same period of 2018, shows the company's financial report. Most of the profit, in the amount of 32.5 million kuna, was generated in July, August and September, during the peak tourist season.
