ECDC Corona Map on August 19, 2021: Croatian Adriatic and Zagreb Remain Orange

August 19, 2021 - The latest ECDC corona map shows that the Croatian Adriatic and Zagreb remain orange, while other Croatian counties have now moved to orange.  On Thursday, the European Center for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) published a new map with the epidemiological situation in European regions. The Croatian coast remained in orange, as well as the City of Zagreb. Croatian Tourist Numbers for 2021 Overtake Those of 2020

August the 19th, 2021 - Croatian tourist numbers for for the remarkably good summer season so far in 2021 have well and truly overtaken the figures from the whole of last year, which was dominated by the pandemic, issues with travel and no vaccine. Flights to Croatia: Ryanair Zagreb Boosts Operations, Blue Air Split and Dubrovnik Routes

Hvar Town: More Arrivals and Overnight Stays... But Less Income

August 18, 2021 - An in-depth look at the most recent numbers from the eVisitor system shows two realities in Hvar Town in terms of tourists arrivals and overnight stays. 46th Edition of Prstenac Tournament Starts on Friday

ZAGREB, 18 Aug 2021 - The 46th edition of the traditional three-day Prstenac tournament will start in the Istrian town of Barban on Friday evening with the flag-raising ceremony, organizers announced on Tuesday. Vojvodina PM Says Another Crossing to be Opened on Serbia-Croatia Border

ZAGREB, 16 Aug 2021 - The prime minister of Serbia's northern province of Vojvodina, Igor Mirović, has said that conditions have been created to open a new border crossing between Serbia and Croatia to relieve some of the traffic pressure on the Zagreb-Belgrade highway. "We have finished construction work on a new road, running from Jamena in Šid to the village of Račinovci in Croatia's territory.
