ZAGREB, March 21, 2018 - Croatia's debt-laden retail and food conglomerate Agrokor and its chief creditor Sberbank have reached an agreement enabling Sberbank to be included in settlement negotiations, which entails that Agrokor's emergency administration will recognise Sberbank's claims while, on the other hand, the Russian bank will withdraw its suits against the conglomerate, Agrokor's emergency administrator Fabris Peruško and Sberbank representative Sergei Volk said on Wednesday.
ZAGREB, March 19, 2018 - The Slovenian Supreme Court has overturned an appeal by the indebted Croatian food and retail conglomerate Agrokor against the ruling by the Ljubljana District Court which does not recognise Agrokor as a foreign entity in insolvency proceedings under Slovenian law, according to Slovenian media.
ZAGREB, March 16, 2018 - Economy Minister Martina Dalić said on Thursday that she believed that creditors and other stakeholders involved in the emergency administration process in the ailing Agrokor food and retail conglomerate, would reach an agreement and settlement.
