By 14 November 2016

The successful partnership between leading budget airline easyJet and Split Airport looks set to continue in 2017, with yet more flights on key routes, according to a report by Avioradar on November 13, 2016.

With more than thirty scheduled flights to Croatian airports in 2016 and more than 650,000 passengers carried, easyJet has established itself as one of the key players in the Croatian aviation market, a position it looks set to cement and expand in 2017.

The airline has announced expanded services on key routes, and will even be flying from London Gatwick in time for Easter, which falls on April 16 next year.

Key additions to the 2017 schedule to its most important Croatian destination, the Dalmatian capital of Split, are:

Amsterdam - from 4 to 5 flights a week, starting two weeks earlier on April 14.

London Gatwick flights will start on March 29, with as many as 16 rotations a week in peak season.

London Luton to increase from 4 to 5 flights a week.

London Stansted to increase from 4 to 5 flights a week.

Naples to increase flights from 3 to 5 a week.
