June 18, 2019 - The parish Sv. Ivan Krstitelj from Grab, on the occasion of celebrating the birth of John the Baptist, organizes a spiritual and cultural program under the ravines along the Grab River on Jun 24, 2019.
The celebration will begin with a festive ceremony and procession at the parish church in Grab, starting at 10:30 am, while the 15th traditional cultural-music program will be held in the evening.
The evening program will open at 19:30 with the Trilj majorettes and "Sv. Mihovil” Trilj who will parade down the streets of Grab. The remainder of the program will see a performance by KUD "Župa Grab” who will dance the “Grab kolo", KUD Andrija Matija Pauk with an original folklore section including the Marinsko kolo and mandolin, the Trilj majorettes, and the drama group "Most" who will play ‘Gastrabajter Mate’ in the 'who wants to be a millionaire' quiz authored by Nada Lapić.
Klapa Sinj will also enhance the festivities.
Irena Bradarić will lead the program.
