INmusic update: The Kills are joining Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds, Skunk Anansie, David Byrne and other confirmed headliners
Can the star-studded lineup announced for the 13th INmusic Festival get any better? Apparently so, because the organisers still have a few tricks up their sleeve: the British-American rock duo The Kills have been confirmed as the first headlining act for the second largest stage at Jarun, reports RIF magazin on December 15, 2017.
"Unstoppable, charismatic and a guaranteed rock treat for numerous fans, The Kills are the first headliners to be confirmed for the OTP World Stage", says a statement released by the INmusic crew.
The famous rock band was founded in 2001 by Alison Mosshart and Jamie Hince after they'd met while she was on tour with her punk band Discount. Two years later, the duo came out with their first album Keep On Your Mean Side, followed by No Wow (2005), Midnight Boom (2008), Blood Pressures (2011), and their latest album Ash and Ice (2016) which they promoted on their recent European tour that brought them to Zagreb earlier this year.
The Kills are joining other renowned confirmed artists such as Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds, Skunk Anansie, David Byrne, and The Queens of the Stone Age.
The 13th INmusic Festival will take place from June 25 to 27, 2018 at Jarun lake in Zagreb. You can get festival passes at a price of 420 kuna here.
