Bosnian Croats Urged to Close Ranks for Upcoming Elections

ZAGREB, August 10, 2018 - The Bosnian Presidency's Croat member Dragan Čović has called on Croats in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) to come together in upcoming general elections in order to prevent other, more numerous peoples in the country, to choose their government representatives.

ZAGREB, July 19, 2018 - Serbia's President Aleksandar Vučić met in Belgrade on Thursday with the Croat member of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Presidency Dragan Čović, saying that he supported the country's integrity and cooperation between its three constituent peoples, Vučić's office said in a press release.

Bosnian Croat Leader Rejects Election Law Changes

ZAGREB, June 30, 2018 - The President of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Marinko Čavara (HDZ BiH) said in an interview with the Radiosarajevo news portal that he would not sign a law on constituencies in the Federation entity that was adopted by Bosniak parties last week contrary to the will of Croats, and insisted that the law was contrary to a Constitutional Court ruling ordering that the way members of the House of Peoples of the Federation entity are elected should be changed.
