ZAGREB, 21 August, 2022 - The traditional 20th pilgrimage of horse-ridden carriages and horsemen was held in Croatia's central Marian shrine of Marija Bistrica on Sunday, and the event called "Vozočašće" in Croatian was organised by the horse breeders association in Krapina-Zagorje County. ZAGREB, 21 August, 2022 - The Istrian town of Barban, which is hosting "Trka Na Prstenac" traditional tournament of horsemen on 19-21 August, was also the venue of a robotic race called "Robotrka na Prstenac" on Saturday, bringing together teams of school-age children interested in robotics. ZAGREB, 21 August, 2022 - This year's Week of Štrudla gastronomic event will be held in Karlovac County over two weeks, from 29 August to 11 September. ZAGREB, 19 August, 2022 - In the first half of 2022, 55 foreign ships with 189,000 passengers made 240 cruise trips in Croatia's Adriatic, according to national statistical office data. Last year, due to COVID restrictions, there were only 15 cruise ships with 8,000 passengers. The passengers in this year's first half stayed in Croatia for 466 days or 423 more than in H1 2021.
